is our Renewal Specialist. She is also a licensed, trusted Insurance Professional. She continues to help properly insure individuals with all personal lines of coverage.
As the renewal specialist, she handles…you guessed it, renewals! If we have your email address on file, you will receive an email from Judy 60 days prior to your policy coming up for renewal. If applicable, your email will contain a link. This link will take you to an evaluation to fill out your current contact information. It also asks about any possible changes that could affect your policy. This is a great time to update any necessary information and check to make sure coverages are appropriate. If we do not have an email address, Judy will call you to check on these changes!
are our Agency Support. They are happy to help with change requests for your policy, such as adding a driver or vehicle to an auto policy. If you are interested in getting a quote as a new or existing client, they will walk you through all the questions to get everything ready for the agent. Payments can be made over the phone, in person or they can even get you set up on autopay! Did you misplace your ID card? Teri and Sarah can assist with this too!
This is just a glimpse of how Teri and Sarah can assist you. When you call in, you will likely hear from one of them. They will take care of you right away, because it is likely your insurance professional may be tied up in a meeting or even out of the office. If they cannot assist you, they will put you in contact with the right person!
is our Claims Specialist. She is also a licensed, trusted Insurance Professional and continues to help in this role for personal lines coverage.
As the claims specialist, she takes care of everything claims related! The process may be a little confusing or you may not even know where to start. Tammy makes this easy for you. She will be your contact person and make sure everything is being handle in a timely fashion by the insurance company. She follows up regularly through the process. Again, if we have your email address on file, she can communicate this way for your convenience.

No matter who you work with in our agency, know that we will do what we say we are going to do! If we do not give you the next steps or when you should hear back, please ask. It may seem odd not to work with your agent directly. We understand. Know that your agent trusts these team members to properly take care of you!
