Bela has been in the sales industry for the past 12 years prior to joining our team in 2019. Bela specializes in commercial and farm insurance.

Life & Health Insurance

Grace joined our team in 2020 as agency support. Throughout the years she has increased her sales knowledge and is licensed as an insurance professional specializing in group health and Medicare. She tailors plans to keep employees healthy and businesses competitive. In her free time she enjoys helping her husband on his family farm and spending time with her dogs.

Dominic joined our team in 2019. He is a graduate of Heidelberg University, where he completed his undergrad and MBA. He comes to us from another agency where he gained experience in sales and service. Dominic specializes in personal lines insurance.

Amy joined our agency at the beginning of 2021 to focus on renewals, fulfilling requests and providing risk management recommendations. She loves interacting with customers and continuing to learn within the industry. Outside of work, she enjoys watching her children play sports.

Sarah joined the agency in 2018. A graduate from The Ohio State University in Business Administration, Sarah supports the team through administrative tasks and provides each customer the attention they deserve.

Teri joined the agency in 2008. Teri provides customer and administrative service.

Betty joined our team part way into 2024. She enjoys discussing insurance coverages, which is great for renewal conversations and change requests! Betty brings several years of insurance experience and truly enjoys making a difference for customers. Traveling is where she likes to spend her free time.

Dennis started working in the insurance industry alongside his father at the age of 21. In July of 2023, the Don H Miller Insurance Agency became a part of Hitchings Insurance. When he isn’t at work, Dennis loves spending time with his family and classic cars, which he plans to enjoy even more after retirement.

Marketing

Lyndee joined us full-time at the end of May 2023 after completing her internship and formal education. She will be focused on informing our customers, uncovering insurance pain points that deserve solutions, and sharing our agency’s brand story. When she isn’t working, Lyndee enjoys spending time with her family and her dog.

Agriculture and Commercial

After graduation from The Ohio State University with a focus in Ag Communications, Emma joined our team! She has a longstanding background in agriculture and enjoys working with farmers. Emma assists primarily with our farm and commercial customers. In her free time, Emma enjoys taking and editing photos for Emma Bower Photography, as well as spending time with family, friends and her dog.

Health Admin

Brittani joined our team June 2024. She enjoys spending time with her kiddos at sporting events and being outdoors. Brittani assists primarily with our health customers and is an essential piece to our health/benefits team.

Administrative Assistant

Sarah joined us in May 2024 while working towards completion of her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Findlay. Sarah assists in providing a great customer experience across the entire agency. She is from Indiana and in her free time she likes to ride and compete with her horse, Teddy!

Agriculture and Commercial

Brady started his career with our team in August 2024 focusing on commercial and farm insurance. Being a part of the Findlay community most of his life, he enjoys the small-town feel and great sense of community. In his free time, Brady enjoys golfing, working out and traveling.

Nick started his insurance career in 2014 and joined our team in 2024. He strives to help people understand how to use their insurance in their time of need. Nick enjoys playing golf, attending church, and watching sports in his free time.

Marketing

Kari joined the agency in 2017. A graduate of Bowling Green State University, Kari specializes in promoting our services and enhancing customer relationships.

Commercial Insurance

Ryan began his career with The Hartford in claims. Joined the agency in 2008 and became a managing partner in 2016. A graduate of Tiffin University, Ryan specializes in commercial and farm insurance.
