A dedicated member of the Findlay community, Brady joined our team in August 2024, bringing over eight years of high-level sales experience to our commercial divisions. He is a Licensed Property & Casualty Agent and a graduate of the prestigious Cincinnati Insurance New Agent Program, a rigorous six-month residency focused on fundamental insurance knowledge and advanced risk management skills.

Brady has fostered strong, strategic relationships with our lead carriers to better serve his clients. He specializes in providing tailored coverage for local businesses and agricultural operations, ensuring they benefit from his professional expertise and community-first approach. When he isn't in the office, Brady enjoys golfing, traveling, and staying active through fitness.
