He shares his experience of moving to Findlay for work, and how he has fallen in love with the community. Through experiences at Eastman & Smith he has been able to travel the world and shares some unique aspects to each country he has experienced. The conversation turns to his community involvement and how he has given his time to several groups & charities.

Kari and her husband, Eric, reside in rural Arcadia with their four children: Cora, Beau, Dirk and Lyza. The Colmans raise cattle, along with tending to crops.

Aside from their farm, Kari enjoys being outdoors, reading, running half marathons with friends throughout the country, coaching volleyball and basketball, and being in the company of family and friends.
